Nefteyugansk is a city in Russia, which bears the proud title of "Bolshaya Zemlya". It owes its name to an oil well that was discovered in the city in 1962. Some believe that this city is developing exclusively in industrial terms, but the cultural life of Nefteyugansk is also saturated. The city is located in the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Yugra on the Ob and Yuganskaya Ob rivers in the center of the West Siberian Plain.
